There are many remedies available for people who experience panic attacks. The decision of which of these will be used will depend on the needs of each individual.

Learn to meditate: Meditation allows you to observe your thoughts without getting attached to them. The process of meditation is very simple – Sit in a comfortable place and taken in a calm and slow breath and breathe out slowly and gently and watch your thoughts but do not dwell or hold on to any of the thoughts, allow them to pass. It may be difficult to practice this at first but with repetition it becomes easy and natural. You can start by practicing this simple meditation exercise for 20 minutes a day and then work up to 1 hr, you don’t need to do this everyday but it is a calming habit you can turn to whenever you feel distressed.
Papaya enzymes: Papaya enzymes are known to cure an upset stomach and eradicate symptoms like heart burn and bloated sensation. Papaya enzymes are safe and don’t have any side-effects.
Eliminate tinned foods and stimulants from your diet: Stored foods contain a lot of preservatives that are not safe for your body, these chemicals can enter your blood stream and make you feel tired and irritable.
