A panic attack can appear suddenly out of the blue and cause an assault on your well-being, it can present with strong heart palpitations, head pressure, shallow breathing hot/cold flashes and dizziness, it can be so scary that you are convinced you are dying or going crazy.

Panic attacks tend to occur more in situations where you can feel trapped, these include waiting at the doctor’s office, heavy traffic on the highway, awaiting a big job interview, a major change in life etc. More often than not the stress factors in our life and our patterns of thinking have a good deal to do with the development of panic attacks.

Tips For Coping With Panic Attacks:

In order to coping with panic attacks you need to identify the reasons for your the panic attack and investigate the danger associated with the situation.

Coping with panicSometimes you may have significant underlying problems in your life that you are not facing. Whenever you are feeling anxious or fearful, pull out a sheet of paper and write down all the problems and fears that you are facing in your life and list out the issues that are causing you worry.
