Before I discuss and show you how to cure anxiety naturally, let me first begin by giving a little background information about how I came across this material and a run-down of what these methods and techniques actually are. In 2005 I was diagnosed with GAD and Social Anxiety Disorder. I spent a few years wallowing in solitude loaded up on Benzodiazepines and experienced some of the worst and most debilitating depression in my life. It wasn't until I realized that I could spend my entire life in misery, that I started to take the initiative to get this problem dealt with. McDonagh The first program that I discovered is called 'Panic Away'. This program was developed by an ex-sufferer of Panic and Anxiety named Barry Joe McDonagh. This method has a very unique take on curing anxiety and panic by means of it's trademarked 'one move' technique. This technique essentially teaches you how to successfully come to terms with and accept your anxiety and panic so that it can no longer affect you negatively. Now that we've covered the background information and the basis for the natural cures that I will be sharing with you, let's get started and discuss the three methods and see exactly what they consist of.
Nature is one of our greatest teachers of life lessons. How nature deals with opposing forces is what gave birth to the idea behind this method. For example, observe how the tree bends with the wind. How the water flows around the rock. How the day gives away to night, and how nature never struggles or resists opposing forces. That is the key. It NEVER STRUGGLES OR RESISTS.

The Linden Method theorizes that Anxiety is the result of trauma to the Amygdala, due to an initial catalyst that caused our 'flight or fight' response to trigger our sub-conscious mind to direct our behavior. This intervention of the Sub-Conscious created a temporary 'habitual reaction' over the thing that acted as the initial catalyst. Now, whenever we experience anything that reminds us of the experience, even sub-consciously, we experience and react with the associated behavior our sub-conscious has assigned us. In other words, we react with anxiety, stress, panic, obsessive behaviors or phobic reactions. The Linden Method has developed a unique method that is aimed toward repairing the Amygdala or sub-conscious minds created 'habit behavior', (your anxiety) and gives you the control and security of your life to abate any negative anxiety symptoms. The Linden Method achieves this primary goal of 'repairing' the Amygdala by means of 'Diversion'. What Linden seems to be advocating here is basically ignoring the issues that are desperately trying to get your attention. To be honest, I'm not entirely for the idea of 'diverting' your attention because most people tend to 'ignore' and 'put off' a lot of their central issues in daily life anyway. From my point of view the best way to handle this situation is to face your stressors and come to terms with them. If you surpress them now, then they well only worsen over time and get bigger and cause you more problems down the line. We can either AIM for short-term gratification or long term contentment. In order to fix this problem what I recommend doing is using the Eiriu Eolas Breathing Program in tangent with this program even though Charles Linden Explicity tells you not to use any other programs while using his. The change that is made here, is not "diverting your attention". Instead we will be embracing the situation and releasing our emotional baggage as is intented with the Eiriu Eolas breathing program.
