Passion Flower is an herbal supplement that has been used for many years as a remedy for anxiety, insomnia, seizures and hysteria related symptoms.

While Passion Flower has not yet been studied enough Scientifically, it's not possible to determine the actual effectiveness of this supplement.

It needs to be mentioned that passionflower supplements should be taken at appropriate dosages and should not be taken by children, people who suffer from kidney diseases, nursing mothers or pregnant women.

However before using supplements that contain kava, you must go through the list of potential side effects and safety warnings before using Kava. Despite the extensive use of Valerian as a supplement for anxious relief, no scientific studies have been implemented indicating just how useful and effective valerian is. However common reports from it's use indicate that users experience calmness, stress relief and reduction of nervous tension.

Do not take Valerian if you are pregnant or nursing. If you have liver problems or disease, or if your are taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) valerian should not be taken.
