A full-blown anxiety attack can scare the living daylights out of you. Anxiety attacks occur due to a sudden rush of Adrenaline into your bloodstream, as part of the ‘fight or flight’ syndrome – a natural response mechanism to help us either flee from danger or fight what’s in front of us. This is a natural mechanism but when it gets hyperresponsive , it produces uncomfortable anxiety attacks.
The clue to Stop Anxiety Attacks lies in the fact that our body can produce only a limited quantity of adrenaline and once the body runs of adrenaline the symptoms will stop.
